Thank goodness for my sister!

This is for my sister, THANK YOU!!!!! You are a wonderful sister, always there when I need to talk, and let my stress out. A voice of reason.

You are a wonderful mom!!! When ever I'm feeling overwhelmed I just think of you, and all the things you accomplish, and I know that I can do what ever I put my mind to... You are very inspirational!

here I am

Well here I am, thanks to my sister I am writing on this blog. I am a wife and a mother of 2 beautiful children. So we just finished off thanksgiving weekend and it was our first one doing all the cooking, as a family! I would like to report a success!!! We did an 11 lbs turkey, stuffing w/jimmy dean sausage, mashed potato's w/roasted garlic and green bean casserole. Oh and gravy from scratch!!! I call it a very, very big success, since we have a 2 year old and a 3 month old!
I also have to mention that i found a killer deal for a roasting pan @ Marcie's for $19.99!! It helped so much to have the right cooking utensils!!! Oh I also have to say a big thanks to my mom for the support from so far away, skye for her receipt, and martha stewart, lol!
